MP supports students sitting for BECE with learning materials, free meals

Member of Parliament for Jirapa, Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah  has donated a set of learning materials for students sitting for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

A total of 1,400 students are expected to benefit from the MP’s support package for the students.

Mr. Cletus Seidu Dapilah , during a visit to some schools within his constituency, wished the students well in the exams and expressed confidence that his interventions will yield positive results for the constituency.

Over 500,000 candidates will today [Monday, 17th October, 2022] sit for this year’s BECE.

The examination which will last for one week will be written in 2,033 centres across the country.

The students are expected to start with Social Studies and ICT papers.

The Ghana Education Service, ahead of the examination, is entreating all students and other key stakeholders at the various examination centres to desist from any form of examination malpractices.
