APPOINTMENT COMMITTEE -FIVE MINISTERS VETTED TODAY

The Appointment Committee (AC) of Parliament today vetted five Presidential Nominees designate for their respective sector Ministries.

Consequent to that, the following Deputy Ministers took their turns at the Appointment Committee. They are Hon. Alexander Akwasi Acquah-Deputy Minister Designate, Ministry of Health, Hon. Prof. Kingsley Nyarko-Deputy Minister Designate, Ministry of Education, Dr. Festus Awuah Kwofie-Deputy Minister Designate, Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations, Akwasi Konadu-Deputy Minister Designate, Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Musah Abdul Aziz Ayaba- Deputy Minister Designate, Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development.

The Appointment Committee led by its Chairman and MP for Bekwai, who is also the first Deputy Speaker of Parliament led the Committee to ask the nominees questions on their Curriculum Vitae (CV ), issues on their Ministries and what support they will provide to their substantive Ministers to achieve the development goals at the Ministries.
