Asani Sumani Sanani known in showbiz industry as Odogu Osundo is an award-winning Afro Pop artiste from Ghana. He is the CEO of Osundo Music, A native of Siiru, a village under Wa West district in the Upper West Region of Ghana.
Odogu Osundo had his basic and second cycle education at at Kangba R/C primary and JHS and continue to Wa Senior High School in the year 2016 to 2019 where he read General Arts. He is currently a student of the Simon Diedong University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (UBIDS)-Wa campus.
I started my music career at age the of 15 years, my first track was released in the year 2016 titled “My baby” I followed up with other singles like “Back to Sender” and “Hard Work”.
His style of music is usually a fusion of African elements with Afro Pop and Hip Life. Since he began, his passion for making music has grown so strong that he sees past most music-related challenges that come his way.
I was nominated as new artist of the year and music for development in PRUMAS’20 And later released my first album on 25/06/2021 titled “Junnoo Album”, after which I released another single which is currently trending in town titled ” Life” and also have four nominations in the upcoming UMA awards 2021 in categories such as Popular song, Music for development, best collaboration and hip life song.
