Dark subarb is an African rock band in ghana ,accra. A band inspired by the masquerade culture consisting historical characters, kankan mansa musa on lead vocals , samore toure on guiter , khama on bass shaka and offonso on drums. They gained national recognition in the year 2015 after releasing an electrifying EP with singles like “i dey feel for you” which classified them in the unsung category in ghana music awards . Later got a couple of nominations on africa music awards including african album of the year in 2017 against big cats like wizkid among others. Dark suburb is a proper representation of “US” (me and you).
Dark subarb has taken illmindz Entertainment under their wing (signed) after a close monitoring of their frontline act (GANANI).
The group decided to sign Him under their company to help him attain his full potentials as they believe the young lad has more hidden in him than what he’s surfaced so far .
The group will take charge in making sure Ganani is standardized globally. Initial packages in this golden step includes;
1. Reworks on #WARI possibly a remix
2. An EP which may have some national big acts in it.
3.Ganani Will join the group on a national tour.
4.They will also engineer the Promotion and distribution of Ganani works through their international partners and managers – dogsled music group.
Dark surbab also calls on every single soul to rally behind them to push this heavy project to the pinnacle .
