Stories of how some fuel stations in Ghana mostly mix the various types of fuel they sell to their customers have been heard on countless occasions.
Quite recently, a video that surfaced on TikTok and other social media platforms captured one fuel station located somewhere in the Eastern Region getting in the trends because they were selling to their customers patrol mixed with water.

Well, popular Ghanaian musician, Fameye has become a victim of the same fate.
In a post he has made on his social media platforms, the ‘Praise’ hitmaker sadly revealed that the fuel station filled his tank with water mixed with petrol worth about Ghc700 and this eventually damaged his car.
Fameye went on to add that he has spent 7k already but still his Honda Pilot is not working.
“So few days ago ,I go buy fuel for one fuel station ,700 cedis, the rest is heart breaking They filled my tank with water mixed with petrol as I’m talking to you now my car Honda pilot touring 2019 model is spoilt .Spent 7k already still not working!!! What do I do?” Fameye wrote on Twitter.
This is quite unfortunate and I believe it is time for the National Petroleum Authority to sit up and enforce the petroleum laws.
