Nepotism that’s The favoring of relatives or personal friends because of their relationship rather than because of their abilities. He believes they are several instance that able players are sidelined and close unqualified friend or relative are chosen for task they can’t perform which end up causing hindrance to the overall development of our beloved upper west music industry.
Tribalism , He also attributed the stunt nature of the showbiz here to ” Tribalism” that’s feeling of identity and loyalty to one’s tribe. But in this context, favour are given to unqualified personnels based on tribe and not merits.
And finally he added Sycophancy , a sycophant is a person who seeks to gain through the powerful and influential.
The classic rapper believes that if these three evils are taken out of the the music scene everything will flourish and development will have a way .
