The 1st African Awards Board wishes to advise all nominees and the general audience of a date change for the major grand finale, which was previously scheduled for June 6, 2022.
The Management, therefore, on this notice is informing the general public about the new update for the grand finale to be Saturday 11th June 2022.
Due to the traditional ban on drumming/noise-making activities previously held, we have ultimately decided and confirmed that the previously communicated date has been ignored, and the major event will be held on Saturday, June 11th, 2022.
As a result, the Management is advising the general audience via this notice of a fresh update for the grand finale on Saturday, June 11, 2022.
Official Dress Code: Strictly African/Traditional Wear.
Time of Event: 7 PM Sharp.
All of the planning and preparations for the major night are still in place, ensuring that the public has the finest experience possible with this scheme.
