Portuguese giants Sporting CP Lisbon has confirmed the signing of Ghanaian youngster Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.
The club finally confirmed signing the youngster on a five-year deal from Ghana Division One League Zone One side Steadfast FC.
The club’s official statement reads “Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, 18, is a reinforcement for Sporting Clube de Portugal.”
“The footballer from Ghana has signed for five seasons and has a release clause of 60 million euros, having been presented this Wednesday at the Cristiano Ronaldo Academy, in Alcochete.”
Abdul Fatawu was part of the Black Stars team that qualified for the FIFA WORLD CUP in Qatar later this year.
