Just 11 years old, Puopelee Anbataayela Mornah is a proud student of Bomandi Preparatory School, Basic 9/JHS 3, and is already making remarkable strides in academic excellence. She loves to read, draw, and sing and is growing to be a gifted all-rounder with a bright future ahead.
Recently, she participated in a prestigious national essay competition, which was joined by over 900 student entries from across the country. The competition had three stages of rigorous judgment through which creativity, comprehension, and clarity of thought were tested.
Preliminary stage: Students wrote essays at home and submitted them for review.
Shortlisting: A renowned panel of judges, including university professors, shortlisted only 50 students in the country.
Final Stage: These 50 finalists were invited to the Graphic Communications Group (GCGL) offices to write a supervised essay. After evaluation, the top 10 performers were announced.
Against all odds, Puopelee excelled brilliantly, making it first into the top 50 shortlisted and then achieving an impressive 8th position out of the final 50.
Her journey carries the powerful message that passion, hard work, and commitment always shine through. Indeed, with talent in the arts and having been strong academically, Puopelee Anbataayela Mornah surely is a shining star in the making and this achievement is just the beginning of it all.
