Ghanaian dancehall and artiste MzVee, in an interview with Zionfelix, has revealed that her previous relationship did not end up well due to the nature of her music career.
Owing to her status as a celebrity, her former guy felt insecure because of a lot of men who come around her.
Recalling her experience in her previous relationship also hinted that men who want to date celebrities are to be confident.
“He started getting jealous and stuff like that. He just could not handle it because it comes with the work.
Female musicians get a lot of passes from men and to be with a female musician, you have to be very confident about yourself because she will meet a lot of men along the way and at a point, you will feel like she does not love you.. and that is what happened” said MzVee.
“He was insecure I think. I did not try to make it work because the way he was handling it, it would not have worked.
I did not even stress it. I did love him. We were together for a while and it got to a point where I realized that no matter what we do, it is still going to be bad. I talk to him once in a while…..” she added.
