Fadila Salifu, popularly known as Fadi Emprez in the musical world, was born & raised in tamale, in the late 80’s. The sensational Afro-Pop singer, first started as an actress, competing in most school dramas at an early age. Her passion for music emitted during her secondary school education, where she had the chance to record a song which unfortunately was not released. In 2015, after her tertiary education at the Tamale Polytechnic.
Her passion for acting became more intensive, as she featured in many local movies in the north.
In 2016, due to her unique acting skills & hardwork, she was spotted by Ghanaian film director FTM Nana, who starred her in a movie titled “Pain & Sorrow”. That same year (2016) she won the best actress in the whole of the northern region of Ghana at the northern entertainers awards(NEA).
In 2017, she signed her first musical contract with a Ghanaian record company (Movement records).
In 2018, she released her debut song titled ” Pizza” which had massive impact in the northern art industry.
In October 2018, she again released her second song with a mouth watering visuals titled “Adey For You”.
Fadi emprez, is now a household name in the entire northern region of Ghana.
