The 2022 Regional Division II League kicks tarted this weekend with action packed games already as we set for up to 14 Match Days in the League.
Issahaku Wahidu of Power SC stole the show at Dobile Presby Park with entertaining display of football to appease the teaming fan base.
The Mercurial Midfielder had a complete 90 minutes of outstanding performance as he hardly gave a pass away, with different styles of delivering balls to teammates.
The team took a 1-0 lead at halftime but it was the goalkeeper to thank for keeping them in the game with excellent saves to deny Wahidu and his teammates.
The ex-GPL midfielder continued from where he left it in the opening stanza as Power pressed and got the second goal.
Wahidu himself got the icing on the cake with a well placed ball pass the goalkeeper of Kpongu Tanga FC to cap off his articulate performance on Match Day 1.
Power SC will return to the training ground on Monday as the team prepare for their first away game against Tietaa FC (Mangu).
